Ha! Pumunta kong UP kaninang hapon kasi sinamahan ko si Ming ipasa yung UPCAT application niya. *Kasama din namin si Jolina.* Basta yun.. Pumunta muna kaming tatlo sa PNB kasi kailangan pang magbayad ng 350 pesos. Pagdating namin dun parang ewan si Ming kasi nagpapasama sa akin kung saan saan. Hehehe :) Paranoid! Pagkatapos naming magbayad naisipan kong maglakad na lang kami papuntang admissions office para makatipid ng barya. HAHA! Makalipas ang sampung minuto nakarating na rin kami sa dapat naming puntahan. *Medyo malayo kasi...* Pagdating namin dun tinanong ko sa guard kung saan magpapasa ng UPCAT application. Sabi niya di pa daw sila tumatanggap ngayon at tumawag kami sa susunod para alam namin kung kailan magpapasa. Hay grabe! Kapagod pero ok lang kasi exercise din yun. Kailangan namin ng exercise kasi nakahilata lang kami magdamag sa bahay.. :) Pumunta kaming Katipunan pagkatapos nun kasi nagugutom na ko at may bibilhin si Jolina. Kita ko sina Den at Monique sa National. *Hi! :)* La lang... Kumain muna kami sa McDo at umuwi pagkatapos. Ang hirap sumakay ng taxi pauwi..... Haaay... Ang natutunan ko sa aming 'paglalakbay' ngayon ay wag maging overexcited sa pagpasa ng UPCAT application. May tatlong linggo pa! HAHA! :)

FANTASIA IS THE NEW AMERICAN IDOL!!!!!

When Diana sang I Believe and Fantasia sang Dreams during the final results show, I felt that Fantasia really won because they can't let her sing the same song twice since the winner will release I Believe as a single (diba?). At nung kinanta yun kagabi, grabe... Feel na feel ko siya. Haha! :) Napapaiyak ako sa kanta. Wow :) La lang. Will post the lyrics sometime. :)

And it seems that Fantasia and Diana were meant for the final two. They were actually the first pair to make it to the finals. Group One kasi sila... Tas si Fantasia yung pinakauna talagang nakapasok. La lang. Binibigyan ko ata ng ibig sabihin lahat. :)

I went to UP today to get my ID pic taken (and I bought red undies. HAHA!). I saw Troy last Sunday. Eric Bana was soooo hot. Masasabi ko lang na mas maganda ang Lord of the Rings at Gladiator kaysa sa Troy. Yun lang.

School starts on June 7. Kinakabahan na ako...

Sac lost to Minnesota today. CRAP! 83-80... So it's gonna be a Lakers-T'wolves final. Sheesh.. And Indiana battles the winner of the Detroit-New Jersey Game 7 winner. Exciting noh? Hehehe. I'm rooting for the Lakers to win it all. GO MALONE! Nyaha! :p

FINALLY... Jasmine Trias got booted from American Idol. *sigh* I think it was just right that she got the axe. She just doesn't have what it takes to be the next Idol. Anyhow, here's a brief account of what happened during the last two episodes. Each of the remaining contestants had to sing three songs. One was their choice, the other the judges', and the last one was Clive Davis' (He has a been known for discovering winning talents... Daw.) pick. Here's what they sang.

2. Mister Melody - Paula picked this for Jasmine.
3. All by Myself - I couldn't believe Clive Davis made her sing this. This was La Toya's song. Parang may ibig sabihin.. O wala. Ewan.

Fantasia

1. Chain of Fools
2. Fool in Love - This was Simon's choice. After Fantasia sang, Simon told her that "that was the worst thing he ever heard in his life and that she needed sympathy votes." He's funny.

Diana

1. Ain't No Mountain High Enough - She sounded as if she was screaming and shouting when she sang this one.

According to the reviews that I've read, Fantasia gave the best performances of the night, Diana nailed her last two songs, and Jasmine was aight... Really, she's soooo lucky that people from Hawaii support her (and that a lot of guys like her). Without them, she wouldn't go as far as she did in the competition. But she has talent nonetheless. She has to take lessons or something because she has a beautiful voice. Haa

Finally, I can say that I'm a dazer. I've experienced it all, and I've been touched by Kuya Jess in so many ways... I'm not a super changed person. Di naman ako bumait nang tuluyan pero iba kasi yung pakiramdam pag alam mong nandyan si Kuya Jess para sa'yo. Sobrang iba... Even though it was difficult, it was all worth it in the end. I wouldn't have it in any other way.

American Idol Update

La Toya London gets booted during the last AI show. Crap! Bakit siya?!?!?!?! She's the best among the four left and now America decides to keep Jasmine after two mediocre performances two days ago. So crappy... She's the most inconsistent among them. Her best performance came on Soul Week, which was the first finals week. Grabe. I think people voted for her because she cried on Disco night; she cried because of Simon. Hehe. Mga sympathy votes kumbaga. Sayang... La Toya was the classiest and most talented among the group. Even though she seems boring (baka ganun lang talaga siya...) and she's no Clay Aiken/ Kelly Clarkson/ Ruben Studdard, I really believe that she deserved to win AI3. Sobrang sayang... *sigh*

Anyhow, the theme for the latest episode of AI was Disco, and Donna Summer was the celebrity guest judge. The girls each sang two songs and according to the recaps I've read, Jasmine didn't do very well. She forgot the lyrics to one of the songs that she sang, which by the way, was It's Raining Men. And to top it all off, the judges made her cry... La lang. I hope La Toya won't get voted off... Haaay...

I saw the finale of Survivor All-Stars today. Heehee :) After 39 grueling days, a very emotional tribal council, tons of broken promises, an unexpected romance, and the oeverflow of emotions, Amber Brkich emerged as the Sole Survivor, with her fiance Rob Mariano coming in second. He actually proposed to her just before the final votes were read. Hehehe. Wala lang. I didn't want them to be in the final two. They hurt a lot of people and damaged some friendships. Even though 'it's just a game', you still have to consider others' feelings and emotions because it does get personal once you deal with people and relationships. But as Colby puts it, how to play the game is different from being successful at playing the game. May sense ba yun? Basta yun na yun :D

I wish I had the chance to vote; too bad I'm only 17.

I just checked out the results for the eight episode of American Idol, and I can't believe that my man, George Huff, got voted off. Haaay... Sayang si George... He would've won the competition.. Tsk...

Anyhow, I went to UP today to have my physical examination. I arrived at the infirmary at around 7:55 am. I had to wait for around 7 minutes to start my PE. While waiting, I made friends with this girl (Rina). Wala lang. Ang saya :) Hehehe. Babaw. :) Kaching :D

HAHA! My long break from using the computer is over. We got our pc back after two weeks or so because we had to have it fixed in my Mom's office. Our pc's been whacked lately. :) Despite my absence, I really don't have much to share. I'm absolutely bored to tears at home, and whenever I'm up to something it'd be either taking care of my sister and cousins or chaperoning my other sister in Katipunan. Ha! :) Ang saya saya!

It's a good thing something important happened today. My lolo and lola (who were in Canada for 9 months) came home. I missed them a lot although we're not really close. :) Iba kasi pag nandyan sila eh. I'm glad they're here.
