Dreams II::
For the past few days, I [still] keep dreaming about plants and other chem stuff. Grabe. It's as if I can't stop thinking about wood, bark, secondary growth, and all that.. Help me please. Heehee. :)
I don't have a class today so I'm just here bumming around. Bwahaha. Before I ate lunch, I tried talking to our pet, Bruce, the talking bird. I was calling its name and then it replied, Anong pangalan mo? Ang husay! Hehehe. Kakatuwa. :) Ho hum.. Watched the Amazing Race. A team's going to be eliminated.. Sino kaya? :) You won't get the answer here. *I don't want to spoil all the fun. Heehee.* Also, American Idol 4 is premiering today, 4 pm on Star World. I am friggin' excited. Weeheehee. :D Yesterday, I was listening to the radio and there's this thing going on Congress. I think they were having a hearing on the legalization og hweteng (Is my spelling correct?) Anyhow, there was this CBCP rep and she said that they accept/ed donations from gambling lords. She even mentioned that she knew of once incident in which this gambling lord gave donations in order to assuage his conscience. And then a Congresswoman Magsaysay replied saying that if the Church accepts these kinds of donation then they are condoning gambling, which they deem as immoral. The CBCP rep argued that they are not in the position to judge anyone. They will not judge the gambling lords' intentions and personal motivations. If they want to give, then let them give... Hmm... I'm not sure about the details of this debate. Hehe. I was a bit sleepy while I was listening to it. :) Anyhow, I think that the Church should not accept these sums of money even though it may help a lot of less fortunate Filipinos. Pag tumatanggap sila, parang tumataliwas na sila sa kanilang mga pinaninidigan. Mahirap tumanggi, pero kailangan. Alam nating madaming matutulungan dahil sa pera pero higit sa lahat, kailangan nating maging tapat sa mga pangaral ng simbahan at ang isa sa mga ito ay ang sugal ay imoral. On a lighter note, here's my schedule for the next two weeks:
January 22, Saturday - First Chem 26 Long Exam So... I have seven exams coming up. Good luck na lang sa kin diba? :) I better start studying for my Chem exam this Saturday. Pray for me!!! :) And I'm starting to enjoy my PE class even though my legs are killin' me right now. :) Heehee. :)
